HAPPY NEW YEAR!! As we say goodbye to 2024, I want to take a moment to celebrate YOU! Whether this year was full of wins, challenges or a mix of both you made it through.
The end of the year is a great time for reflecting and the new year is always a fresh start; a chance to realign with your goals, and make space to prioritize YOU. Maybe it's getting on a good skincare routine, nourishing your body or creating more joy in your daily life. Whatever it is I'm cheering you on and am happy to help you.
This past year as most of you know, I've been on a health and wellness journey to shed some lbs., lose body fat and gain more muscle. It's been harder than I thought but I am making progress and getting closer to my goals. I've been able to speed up my metabolism by eating more calories more protein and fiber (which are tough ones), walk 7000-10000 steps a day (thanks to my hubby for the walking pad) and strength training 3 times a week. I definitely see a difference and am excited to continue this journey in 2025.
